The University of San Carlos of Guatemala is the state higher education institution, autonomous, democratic; culturaly multi-focused, linked and committed to the scientific, social and humanistic development, with effective and dynamic management, using all the resources optimally to achieve its goals and objectives, as a trainer of professional ethics and academic excellence.
